Histopathology laboratory plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of various conditions. From benign to cancer, routine screening to genetic and rare diseases, an histopathology examination is always needed. And at Pathoteam Diagnostic we are evolving into one of the top histopathology laboratories in the country, working on a daily basis on behalf of patients.
Histopathology Laboratory Pathoteam Diagnostic
Based in Bucharest, our laboratory was set-up by a kind-hearted and passionate histopathologist, Dr Adelina Birceanu. A desire to bring the best and promising specialists in the field, that will cover the whole spectrum of histopathology, cytology, immunohistochemistry and molecular biology, led to creation of Pathoteam Diagnostic.
Over the years since we were open, our specialists have examined tens of thousands of specimens amongst them, from routine checks to severe, complex and rare diagnoses, obtained from surgical, biopsy or fluid specimens. Our team of specialists uses the latest equipment to look for changes in cells that explain the actual cause of the patient’s illness.
As a fast growing histopathology laboratory we produce high quality examinations using a combination of conventional methods and automated technology. A correct diagnosis is not only vital, but it broadens and progresses treatment options as well.
